We Begin with Premium Beans
- We scrutinize each bean carefully before it is selected for the roasting process. Green coffee is graded for quality, sample roasted, and cupped before we commit to buying the beans.
We Use a Fluid Bed Air Roaster
- Our roasting process allows us to control the temperature and degree to which the beans are roasted. This process maintains a consistent and perfect cup in every roast.

In June 2004 we hired our first employee and slowly began to create our packaging and unique blends.
Today Colorado Coffee Merchants is much the same as it was back in April 2004, roasting only the very best coffees to perfection every time. We love our coffee and want to share it with you, our family and friends.

Our History
Colorado Coffee Merchants began in April, 2004. We started with a small 8lb fluid bed air roaster and 3 bags of coffee beans, roasting in the evening for family & friends.
Our intention was not to be in the coffee business, but to just roast for ourselves. People started walking in the door and asking to buy coffee from us to take home; and thus began a business focused on roasting high-grade coffee for the discerning connoisseur.
